Barista Crew

At Bayleaf we take coffee seriously, we encourage you to grow as a barista and your passion and skill for speciality coffee is recognised and appreciated.

We love to have fun and work hard as a team to deliver quality coffee from open to close. There’s a few things we look for, so if it sounds like you… Hit apply!

☕️ Minimum 3 years experience in specialty coffee ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☕️ 4 day working week ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☕️ Excellent communication and people management skills ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☕️ Coffee extraction and dialing in recipe development ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☕️ Experience with @lamarzocco ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☕️ The ability to produce quality at pace⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☕️ An ability or desire to create seasonal drinks ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
